CHECK-INS & CHECK-OUTS:
CHECK-IN: from 15.00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT: within 10,00 A.M.
The LATE CHECK-OUT of the rooms must be agreed with the Management and provides, in case of confirmation, a supplement.
CANCELLING POLICY:
In case of cancellation:
Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival at the hotel is free.
In case of cancellation of the stay from 20 to days 8 days before the arrival at the hotel, an amount equal to 30% will be charged.
In case of cancellation of the stay from 7 days 1 day before the arrival at the hotel, an amount equal to 50% will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the price will be charged.
EARLY DEPARTURE:
The guest that anticipates their departure must pay a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining amount of the stay.
CANCELLATION AND CONFIRM
If the cancellation will be replaced by another date from the current season, no penalty will be applied and any deposit paid by the client will be retained by the hotel and taxed as a “deposit payment”.
PETS :
In the rooms of the Hotel pets of up to 7Kg are allowed; the presence of the animals entails the obligatory payment of daily supplement.
It is forbidden to leave animals unattended in the rooms.
